Thanks Valerie.  Appreciate your comforting thoughts. It's partly that my son Keith's 6 year anniversary fell on the opening day of the Winter Olympics and now Kenny's 1 year anniversary falls on Easter. So dates of significance for lots of other people are dates of sorrow for me. No, don't believe it is any kind of message, just the kind of information I tend to notice without really thinking about it.

Read Carlene's post on my back wall, re to have or have not, a colonoscopy. Must be different in the US. My guy only mentioned if the lining is "nicked or torn" they cut out the damaged part and sew them back together and attach a bag. I said, well that sure doesn't change my mind, thank you. He was pushing for the colonoscopy so I think he would have mentioned if the bag was only temporary. 💼 (couldn't find a smaller bag.🤣 )

That food timing guide - very useful. Superfood can be easy to get your head around. First feedings on non super... that's easy too. Does save sprinkles, unless you want to check for alerts... and adjust quests where needed!
