Did some reception work in the salon today.... not long got in from my friends basket ball game. Loved it.

Back to the salon tommorrow.  Learning the system   doing 2 days a week there with my reflexology.  Its going well. Getting rebooks.... and my reviews are building up slowly..... hope to gain more trust and some local work from home  . Fingers crossed.

the recipe  willl fit  into  a  7 or 8 inch round tin but  you  can sort of  judge it  when  its mixed . x

found this online and tweak it depending on what i have  to hand  if i dont have the frappachino  i  just  make up  cocoa or coffee  and milk  myself and i never stint on the  fruit either
BAILEYS XMAS CAKE 

300 ml Baileys Irish Cream
250 ml Coffee milk.(Frappuccino)
250 g Self Raising Flour
750 g  sultanas or raisins or  a mix - I add chopped cherries and mixed peel to my mix  and a teasp of mixed spice

Soak fruit in the liquid over night
Add flour and any other dry ingredients - ie nuts

Mix well and fill a paper cake case placed in crock pot
  Cover with grease proof and a lid cook on   100 degrees for approx. 4 hours   
The cake will be firm to touch and a skewer will come out clean when it is cooked.
ive also cooked it  with no lid on  and in a  traditional cake tin too. its a moist, versatile, cake
