You seem spontaneous and fun I can only imagine you at the bottom of that colorful pit wondering what the heck😂
My grandson has Asperger’s and has always been fascinated with bugs,frogs and butterflies..When he was about 6 ish he built a monarch butterfly habitat and when the monarchs finally came out of their crysalis we headed down to the shore together and he released them from their container
He wanted me there more than anyone else it was so special.
My sister Viv lives about an hour away from me in Massachusetts and My other sister Virginia lives in Spain,she has lived there most of of her adult life.The plan is for her to visit in June and you’re correct no games for her.
I’m heading for a dip in about an hour I always look forward to it and hope it helps my aching back from all the snow shoveling.

Thank goodness I didn’t have to climb out a window.I had to laugh at that one.

I’m sure it’s tough on those older than myself. When we first moved to this house we were early 30s I think and all the houses in our row were well into their 60s or older. Most are gone now except the two houses on the end and a guy two houses over from me. I can’t believe he’s still living in his childhood home but a friend down the block is as well. I did help the one elderly lady who lived a few houses down I think she was in her 80s. We’re lucky all the neighbors are friendly and help one another it’s a nice community. Well back to my reading for a bit more just signed in to check messages. Oh and no I did not watch the state of the union address. I simply can’t bare to hear that man. I will read through my feeds to see what went on. I follow just enough to know what’s going on because life is to short to keep stressing over things you can’t control. Hi Kathy, taking a break from playing in the garden. I messed up my topiary path once again so got to almost finish this trail and dusted my topiary instead of waiting for the mushroom to be RFH. Still going to try when I unfreeze but got tired of babysitting the garden. I’ve been wanting to go back to water colors and needlework again or even reading. I’m sure you know what I mean. There’s more to life than sitting in front of a screen hours on end it seems at times. Then yes as you mentioned the blizzard. We were almost totally snow free and here we are again 😂 Just buried and the snowplow comes down the street after we’ve cleared the whole driveway and boom an almost 3ft wall of snow again. Someone was out yelling the other night at the guy. So today was more digging paths. At least a few years ago we invested in a new roof. When we had another really bad snow up in the New England area a lot of houses had roof collapses which is scary. I was working a side job delivering the local paper and made a nice profit from it so that money went for a new roof.

Hi Kathy, the blizzard has arrived. We thought the last snow was bad, we are buried! This seems worse than the one we had back in the ‘90s I had to climb out the kitchen window because both doors had so much snow blocking them. I sunk down in snow up to my chest. It was pretty scary gor a few minutes because I couldn’t move my legs but I was able to dig myself out. We are well stocked with food at least.
