Hi Kathy no worries. I’ve been taking a bit of a break getting after things around the house and garden. I may pull my mushroom soon to get the ghostly critters but getting bats and cats for now. Good luck with the gnomes.

Have you finished getting the Halloween gnomes? I think I only have two. I may try to get another tonight. I’m working on the 2nd level of the lottery. I see I’ll have to set up for a topiary. At least I finally did graduate to the second level. Have a good day!

Pretty much everything dies back in the garden. Last year I brought my geranium in because I grew it from seed and it hadn’t flowered. It was still green so brought it in for the winter and put it back out in the spring and it bloomed beautifully. This year I grew a bunch of different zinnia. Every year for years now I’ve only grown Zowie Yellow Flame Zinnia. The hummingbirds love them, they are in the back garden. The front garden I decided to try some zinnia since I’ve had success with them. My front bed is a work in progress. There I have put in a lime  colored and blue. Next year I think I might try a purple with the lime. The smaller zinnia I have are called Swizzle Cherry and Ivory. They’re a bit smaller so I might use them in a border in the back garden.
