It's the siliac joint, no doubt I've spelt it wrong but it's right at the very bottom of your spine and joins your spine to your hips.  I've somehow managed to make one side very slightly higher than the other and that's what's causing me all the pain.  The exercises that the Physio has given me would infact make the problem worse rather than better, no surprise there.  She's assurred me I'll feel worse tomorrow after she's manipulated it today but I am going back to her on Tuesday by which time I'm really hoping there'll be some improvement.

I'm not mending unfortunately, just living on painkillers atm.  That said I'm off to see a Chiropractor tomorrow as the excercises the Physio has givne me, although I can see the logic behind them leave me in so much pain that I just can't do them any more.

My pain is no better infact it's worse.  I'm doing the exercises the physio has given me to do in the hope that it helps but now wonder if I'm overdoing them.  Feel like I'm between the devil and the deep blue sea atm
