Hello Dianne, sorry I haven't been able to water your garden very much - the underwater bouquets are really challenging so I have to focus on them at the moment!
Yes, it's still very hot here. Things are looking very dry, although we have had some rain too. I really worry about all the wildfires all round the world.
I'm sorry to hear about Amy's anniversary. That must be so hard for you all. That was a lovely surprise gift from Ron though! It sounds like just what you needed, and Lizzy was glad to see you back home, I'm sure! xx

It's about the same temperature here - or even hotter! It's been about 32 degrees today, which makes about 94 in Fahrenheit. Very hot for England, but normal for Greece, where I used to live. I absolutely love the hot weather, except that I'm being devoured by mosquitoes inside my own home at the moment, which is not fun!
How lovely that you have baby rabbits and deer! It sounds as if it's quite rural where you live? It's very rural where we are. We've had baby rabbits too, and deer up on the hill, but I haven't seen any young deer. We've had a young hedgehog and fox in the garden the last two nights though! I've got a wildlife camera I put out. Lovely to think about what's enjoying the garden while we sleep! xx

Hi Dianne, I'm glad to hear you're feeling much better. And that you have a nice mix of warmth and rain now - that's perfect for the garden! We've had similar, though mostly warm and dry recently, with not enough rain, so the ground is very dry for the plants, animals and birds. Our roses and sweet peas are in full flower now though, and they're beautiful.
Yes, the baby hedgehogs are adorable! Their spines are quite soft when they're little and they have gorgeous soft bellies, so they look and feel like little plush toy hedgehogs! One of nature's amazing little miracles. xx

Hi, Dianne!  I tried to write back & my computer went off, losing everything.  We're taking it in tomorrow to see why it keeps shutting down.  It gives a quick blue error screen and shuts down immediately, then restarts on its own.  Anyway, Randy decided to eat around 4 o'clock this afternoon.  He's had three feedings today so far.  He'll get another two yet today.  We give him 1/2 cup 6 times a day.  He has a small throat and thus the spaced out meals.  Same with water.  If we give him too much, up it comes.  We bought him a toy at Tractor Supply.  He loves it!  Take care!!!!  xxx

Very hot here at the moment! Reaching 30 degrees (that's about 90F). I absolutely love it! We've got some baby hedgehogs at the hospital now!
Hope you're doing OK, Dianne. Have you recovered from your surgery yet, or is it a long process? xx
