I'll say a prayer for Lizzy and hope all goes well tomorrow.  Not sure how Randy would be at a groomer.  I brush him but trimming his nails with that "grinder" is a trip.  Don holds him and it's usually the front paws and the dew claw.  Yes, they left it on.  Another claw to fuss with.  Thinking of you and hope all goes well.  xxx

Hi Dianne, I'm glad you enjoyed having the guinea pigs again, and the girls enjoyed their trip to Canada. Lucky them - I've never been, but would love to go. It's looking very autumnal here now. The trees are going a beautiful golden colour and the temps are dropping, but like yours, my roses are still putting out new buds, bless them! Mark's had a bit of a tidy up. He's replaced most of our plastic pots with nice terracotta ones, and the garden is still looking really colourful. Have a lovely weekend!! xx

Hi, Dianne!  Didn't get to see the dermatologist yesterday.  Worried for days beforehand.  Walked in and the gal said, oh, yes, you checked in online.  Sat down and she called me over to let me know my "provider" wasn't there yesterday.  Claimed she tried to call me, but I don't have anything on my phone.  So, I go again on the 30th.  Hopefully he will be there.  I was very pale growing up.  My brother and sisters could get a tan easily.  Not me.  I always had the sunburn and Rudolph nose.  That's why I've had freezings on my nose multiple times, my bottom lip a few times, surgery on my right arm and a squamous cell cancer on my right leg last year.     Have used that horrible cancer cream on my arms and from the knees down to ankles.  I would never do it again.  It's just miserable.  Fluorouracil!  You mentioned the cactus plants.  I did some trimming on them the past few days.  So difficult.  I started them from one pad, and they are way over the block wall in height.  The prickly pears I can control by cutting or twisting the pads off.  They usually like to be ignored, so easy to grow.  We had some snow up on the mountains today.  Will post some pictures if I get the chance.  Ye

Hi, Dianne!  I'd like to post more cactus photos.  Every time I think about downloading photos, something else gets in the way.  Maybe tomorrow.  We've had some pretty sunsets and rtavels to Las Vegas last week.  My niece's daughter, Olivia, is getting married to Luke tomorrow in Chardon, Ohio.  :)  Should be a big day for the family!  Hope you get some warm weather soon.  Ours is "cookin'"!  Today it was 95 degrees.  Tomorrow only 87.  It will feel like a cold front has passed through.  Ha ha!  Take care over there.  Happy Memorial Day Weekend.  xxx

Congratulations to the girls on their scholarship - that's amazing, but well deserved, I'm sure! I hope they enjoy their camps.
I do hope your flowers and veggies are surviving all that cold and wet weather. Ours are loving the heat, but Mark is having to water everything almost every day. We did have a good downpour the other night, but it wasn't enough really. Still, we're loving the sunshine! How funny that our weathers are opposite. Probably down to the jet stream. Let's hope things change on both sides of the pond soon! xx
