Hello, Lorna.  I absolutely believe in the power of PT.  I am pretty diligent about doing the exercises between sessions.  I did have a set back around Christmas which actually felt worse than when I originally hurt my hip. I probably could have started on my own a few weeks ago, but with my foot I ended up coming back in a few weeks, so I wanted to really feel ready this time.  Slow & steady wins the race.  I wish you good luck in your PT.
