OMG i hate to bother you with my candy agony.  I can't get a reading all I know is that the rainbow goes on the right. I hope your shepard is feeling a little better.  Shepards are so sensitive I worry for her.  I miss having a German Shepard they are the smartest dogs and so protective and sensitive.

oh no I am so sorry Grace.That is the worst news.

It’s criminal Grace,all about the money, not really bothered, cost me over £115 for 6 antibiotic pills and some painkiller liquid. To have before surgery, they wanted another £700   to take one of tommys teeth out, no alternative treatment then said some pugs age 10 survive! WTAF I’ve moved vets again now lol
Apparently they have a lady with a laser pen that can do it without anesthetic if needs be but for now suggested tooth powders and a good bone to gnaw on. Not open weekends though as it’s a tiny practice quite far away x

Poor Nikki 😢. At least you have a trusted vet that cares greatly for Nikki and will do what’s best without rushing patients through.
Keep us posted and hang on in there try not to worry too much, easier said than done I know ❤️
Weekend costs and vets open over them is the same here, many vets are now owned by insurance companies who are in it for profit not duty of care, prices are ridiculous and I bet many animals are suffering because of them. I’ve moved vets 4 times in as many years because they keep selling out to these companies, the way we lost Louie was horrific, they’re fault totally he was a healthy dog when he went in for a jab that they told me was safe, gone within 48 hours yet they want their money still, I had to drag mick out before he kicked off big time.

Hi Grace.. I am having to write this again.  I deleted the first part.  The air is blue I can tell you.  I was at the Eye and Ear hospital yesterday apparently my eyes don't close fully when I sleep so they are drying out and that is what is so uncomfortable.  She has given me eye ointment, drops and wipes for the next 6 months and hopes it will do the trick.  But I might always need them.  I have allergies as well I suspected I had hay fever for a while now my eyes itch like made sometimes. 
My heart goes out to you over Nikkie I know how worried you must be Grace.  Huge Vet bills are a worry to.  I know it's the same here.  Hopefully the news will be good and although I know you wont get off scot free.  I am hoping it will be a lot cheaper than you thought it would be.  I will say a little prayer for Nikki that will be the case.  Hope fully what ever it is wont be causing her to much discomfort.  Hang in there Grace.
