Hi Kim, it was nice to actually catch up on some sleep. I understand with the wedding coming up you are doing more hours. Why on earth wont the company pay for waking staff , thats crazy if something bad happened to one of the residents they could be taken to court and at the very least sued. Surely they have a duty of care policy, they are sure not keeping their side of commitment to the residents are they. Do take care love and rest when you can xxx
