Hi Evelyn, happy to hear Colin has been sleeping and resting its by far the best thing for recovery. I would be a little apprehensive for him to be going back to work on Sunday . l am sure of course he will be the best judge of whether he is fit enough or not to go. Do have a wonderful time visiting the grandchildren this afternoon. Yes hubby has kept to the regime l set him . He is now lighter by 6 lbs than me. It was a simple adjustment to the way he cooks his breakfast, poaching and grilling instead of frying. No cake or biscuits for the most of the month. I "allow" low calorie treats  and once a month a favourite treat of Cake or biscuits. It sounds Draconian l know but he is not mobile and health is not the best to use calories up. He has thanked me for it as now he feels so much fitter. l lose at a slower rate than him as l do have a bigger appetite and eat high calorie fruits and eat more potatoes. There are mornings I sit and stare at the keyboard - nothing coming to mind. Today is one of those mornings. Rylee lies faithfully under my desk waiting. He has dreams of treats and toys and playing in the yard. This will all come about soon enough. So enjoy your day and happy Friday.
