I hope you have a wonderful holiday, Evelyn.  In about 3 weeks the schools will be out for summer here and my church classes will be over till sometime in August.  I am ready!  I enjoy the boys most of the time and I ilke my classes but I have to do reading for them.  I really like having a full day for things like the yard and I find it hard to have that with my present schedule.  I worked in the yard today.  I have so much pruning to do.  I really have too many plants, etc and I am bad to overdo most things I like.  But it means more to take care of and I am getting older. 
I am enjoying the extinct bouquets and find it easier to do since there are fewer critters.  But it is still a gold drain. 
I had to laugh about your comment about things being closed on Sundays in the Outer Hebrides.  That is what it was like here when I was growing up.  Nothing was open on Sunday due to religious customs.  That changed when I was a teen.  There's nothing like money to make people change their habits.

Thanks for your message, yes I managed to spot one, so just need one spotted in mine, guess there is no rush as I’ll only be able to do the critters as far as my painted pole allows. Do hope u can shift your cold, just speaking to Claire & she is suffering with cough, seems to be doing the rounds again. Hi Evelyn, I see you couldn’t resist and have started the new vases, FL is very addictive isn’t it lol.
Nicola had her first physio on Thursday and she has to to back in two weeks. He gave her some exercises to do in the meantime. He had her standing on her toes so she has to practice that. She’s doing very good.
I’m glad you enjoyed your spa day. I think Nicola is going to one soon with her friend.
I’m going out for a meal with my sisters this afternoon and my son in laws 50th birthday party tonight. He has a twin brother so they’re having a joint party near St Paul’s in London.
I’m getting on ok with the new vases so hopefully I’ll be finished by the time the new quests come out.

Hi Evelyn, how was your spa day? I couldn't help noticing the message below, sorry to hear that you are under the weather.  I hope that you can dose yourself up and shift whatever it is. Trust Mike to put out another set of vases just as you are going to freeze for a while although I see you have made a start on them. I rather like the Ibex vase and will try to get 2 of them. I have just finished the donkey vase and it's waiting in storage for the 12 hours before it can be spotted. I'm almost finished with the pottery lottery, just an albino and a unicorn to spot and a few to get in my garden but I can probably try for those along with the totem poles. I have just claimed this months free superfood so that will help. Wasn't it great to have a long weekend of free superfood! It was a pleasure to go hunting and stand a reasonable chance of spotting something. Now it's back to that blooming free rubbish and I can do 100 returns and be lucky to spot 3 or 4 mice!  I do wish he would adjust the timings and make the regular more like the old organic - it would make the game far more enjoyable.

Thanks for telling me about Skye. It's somewhere I have always had a desire to visit, maybe because of the Skye Boat Song lol. It was the song that dad taught me to play on the organ when I was about 12. I can still remember it even though I haven't played for years. It's been a busy week one way or another and the hours fly by so I do apologise for not chatting. Every time I think I will have a bit of peace and quiet, someone wants something! If it's not in this house it's the phone. While it's lovely to be needed, it's also good to have a bit of "me" time.

I forgot to do the eye drops last night, well I remembered when I was at the top of the stairs and was too tired to come back down to do them. When I read the leaflet today, it said just leave it until the next dose so I will get them done soon so I don't forget tonight. It's a bit of a faf because they say to put the drop in then keeping your eye closed, press your finger against your nose and the corner of the eye and hold it there for one minute. (I assume it's to stop the drop from escaping down the tear duct?) Then repeat with the other eye so it's not exactly a quick job. That's the only time I have forgotten and I hope it's the last.
How are you fitting everything in these days? It's quite a committment having Thomas every week as well as keeping an eye on Karen and Elizabeth plus all your animals. I can see why you need time to prepare for your holiday so I hope you have a lovely relaxing time when you get away xxx

Oh no sorry to hear your coming down with cold, hope u can dose up & get rid before your holiday! Where are u off to ?
I’ve had day off today, just nice to have some time to myself, just been out for lunch, then treated Ozzy to new collar n lead as clip failed the other day luckily he didn’t run off. Yeah I’ve just set up for new pots, I can only go so far as only have 3 sections of the pole painted. Can’t start the other off as need Dodo but I’ve got the vase. I didn’t know there was going to be a reward, they probably keeping it quiet as if it’s rubbish people won’t attempt the gold vases. I wish the monthly quests carried points that would help, I only tend to do the easy one now & like you I steer clear of candies! I think I would need longer than a month to get rainbow candies, really hard challenges for some of the critters needed.
Sadly I haven’t heard from Sue, I hope she is ok, I’m going to message her after this.
I’ve got a question (something I’d normally message Sue about as she was my go to with fairyland questions & usually steered me out of trouble lol) with the vases does the first critter need to spotted in your own garden first or spotted first?
