Hello Sylvia, Trying to get an appointment with a doctor isn't an option here in the hills of Derbyshire. I did call 111 who told me a doctor would speak to me on the phone. I waited nearly 7 hours, and when I spoke to him he told me to sit under warm water in my shower. (I don't have a bath).  So, that's what I've done. I count myself very lucky, the last time I had a bad fall I fell onto my coccyx which led two me have 2 vertebrae broken. So, I am very lucky to still be able to walk. I wore a back brace for six months, and still have to wear it when I do any housework. Still, I count my blessings, as I've struggled with Cerebral Palsy and slight scoliosis for too many years, not from birth, but through a serious fall as a babe who could crawl upstairs, and take the shortest route down. Landing on my head. So, I've always been a tad mental hehehe. Love & hugz dear friend xxxx
