P.S.  The order of the last post was not right.  Not sure what happened.  Have you had that happen before?

I did peek over the wall to check out the work yesterday and it was so nice!  I never see them outside or I'd ask if I could take a picture....or maybe can get one some day soon.  Good advertising!  :)  I'm not sure how long it takes to cure...the cement.  They won't be walking on it any time soon.  The men weren't over there today.  Maybe their work is nearly done.  I do know they have to repair the wall and do some sort of gate for them. 

I can see you now at the church hall eyeing the jigsaws, hoping to find that special one you've never worked before.  Good that you got to see Ness and talk about her trip.  I probably would have been in tears, too, at Auschwitz.  :(  But important to never forget what happened and never repeated again.  Take care & will write again in the morning.  xxx

I bought a card for my sister and will write a little note inside.  Miss not being able to talk on messenger to her.  Want her to know that it's not my fault.  Something isn't right and maybe someday we'll figure it out.

Hi, Janet!  This day was pretty good.  After lunch we went to Walmart and bought Don some Dr. Scholl inserts for his shoes, a card for my sister, Dorothy, and a few other things.  I did make some oatmeal cookies in the afternoon.  They turned out so good!  I used the good part of the dark brown sugar in the mix.  Yes, I just told Don I would use the sugar, and he didn't have to take it back.  Didn't think he would want to return it anyway.  It wasn't much, and the cookies are great!  I added about 3/4 finely chopped walnuts to keep them from turning rock hard.  ;) 

I keep forgetting to put the mandolin Garry fixed online.  He returned it to Sandy yesterday and send pictures to Don on my e-mail.  Been too busy to look at them.  I did post some pictures of the two horses I saw at the Calvada Eye, and others.  Tomorrow I'll post some of the Mandolin.  Sandy has already taken it in to show Beth!
