I hope my "red" t-shirt isn't too red for my pale skin.  Ha ha ha!  Don will look cool in his t-shirt.  I'll have to take a picture of him in it.  For some reason my stupid ankles started hurting last evening.  Probably from using the stepper the night before?  You can only use the manual one for 15 minutes so it doesn't overheat, so that shouldn't have made any difference.  My body doesn't want to cooperate these days.  Mind over matter....and go on with life!  You have a great day whatever.  Did you go to the Hall this morning?  Have a good one!  xxx
