I have to do 2 hours a week in the GYM but in what they call MTT (Medicine training therapy), every gadget has a monitor with a track on it, in the middle is a ball and the track moves and by using the machines, presses, whatever moves the ball up and down and it has stay on the track. The results are all recorded. I do 5k on a bike machine in 20 mins , average pulse a nice 65 and after 5 mins rest at the end its sitting pretty on 54/52 which is my pulse now at rest. 30 mins on treadmill but nothing major its programmed for me  starts at 2.5 mph and it changes to 3.5 after 2 mins then back again and so on. As for the real gym so to speak i have to go exactly to cardio orders. so dumbells for instance a mere 2kg per hand, for the back press a meer 10, so not quite charles atlas material but september next cardio check and will get my instruction for next round of 26 session but i am seriously of thinking of doing 2 more a week withouth the bike and treadmill (as i do treadmill at home every day) but gotta weight for cardio chat next month . Feel good once you finish a gym session right

Afternoon Rebecca pleased to see the blood pressure low your way that takes away the stroke risk considerably I just hit bad luck i was on blood pressure tab and anti stroke tabs (marcumar) but cant change , well take another anti stroke tab now back into a hectic 4 day a week therapy sessions keeping me busy and best news is put on a kg last month, i dropped 7k immediately after the stroke have now put back one kg per month on a strict diet and feel the difference, any day over 28 in a month and i can have the not so healthy food, 31 day in July yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy so imma thinking one day chinese , one day indian and a burger king (i wish burger king knew how to cook fries), need to find a town with a mcdonalds side by side a burger king then fries from one and burger from the other yummyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. Doing not a lot a weekend just balance training but positivity is there, just a little low on energy with the bp on the low side methinks a slight change to the tabs perhaps just a little too strong  currently averagig at rest 101/50 , but the pulse on 55 at rest so i have got the cardio sorted!!!! Good morning Rebecca hope all is well your way and you around the 100% fit mark. Over here crazy heatwave the train tracks are buckling, reduced service everywhere. Now working 3 hours a day , next week will go up to 4 and thats the max will be doing. Reha is going well just so darn busy, two different reha programs, from next week 4 days per week I will have to do something in a clinic until may 2026. Not down pretty positive just wish the weather wasnt so hot it pushes the blood pressure down and once under 100 , all energy just vapourizes like the water in my body and all i can do is .... dream dream dream ..........

thanks for the spot stroke rehab ends may 6th then back to work 2 hours a day june incrementing 1 hour per day every two weeks. In August will go permanently part time how many hours no idea but not many got too many nice things to do , work is getting in the way of life enjoyment and as for these crazy extinct vase grrrrrrrrr goodnight x

happy easter sunday rebecca gone are the days when i used to hunt the ones my parents hid, and the days my kids hunted em, but the new eggs dont seem the same anyway. There was something about opening an egg , and finding something inside now its just an egg and something wrapped in the box just doesnt do it !!! Still it is easter and a long weekend mustnt grumble just 2 more weeks are rehab before rejoining the mainstream, Hope all is well x
