morning busy week here and the sun is hiding, hope all is well, neurologist results yesterday , steady progress all is good. Another goldy visiting mine soonish x

Thats good news. scarey stuff in the brain when I was at the reha, they said about 30% of what goes on is unknown. Not often migrane puts you in hospital that must have been what we say in england - "Blinding pain! hope it doesent reoccur ! Superfood is out for goldy  now

Migrane in hospital that sounds not good perhaps a quick scan would be useful. After my stroke any issue up there i am off to the doctors in a flash !!!!!

good morning Rebecca, hope things are healing slowly x. Today is my first day under the new work contract 5 hours a day with a power nap allowed in the morning . 3 hours so far and reaching for the power nap button soon........ I will be putting out for a gold elephant sometime its your nighttime soon right? So I shall put it out in morning about 9 uk time with no adverts .

Morning Rebecca , thats harsh for everyone , sending you some healing hugs on the trade winds. Time does heal but the closer the friend the longer  was, the it takes and words dont help. I hope moving forward the family gets support and the good memories you have  gradually take over the painful ones, so sorry x

Hi Rebecca it was a great day and a great week thanks for the wishes, probably an awesome one actually thinking about it, 6 monthly cardio test heart strengh up another 10%, average pulse just under 60, recovery from stress exercise to average pulse about 5 mins,  the blood tests showed cholesterol on 40mg which is supersonic , so been told now to up the exercise, so gym visits now 3 times a week, 2 full programs of the gadgets, treadmill and bikes and one trip just for bikes . now up to 50watt for 20 mins (first time had av pulse 71), so really really come along week , in feb last year the heart stress test was abandoned at 50w coz pulse hit 100 and palpitations and blah blah. All positive here even in fairyland about to unlock the blue topiary pot, topiary torture it is, but it is getting to the stage where it seems possible . Next week wont be so eventful it will be heads down and back on the treadmill of life . gonna have a lazy day today, its been raining all night, and will rain all day , the rivers are rising ...... wishing you a fab start to the week , wont be long before a few xmas things will start appearing in the shops...
