Morning no holidays this saturday so can get things done! National holidays here are a little different the nation believes they should be peaceful. So as well all shops shut, it is forbidden to make a noise, so for instance using a power tool or cutting the grass, that will set you back 25000 euro fine ! Loud music NOPE , a lot of tourists fall a cropper to that it is enforced pretty strictly,the whole day it is normally totally silent !! Hope the weekend radar is bleeping nice things for you x

Morning Rebecca celebration day today for getting through october without turning the heating on. It was a little chilly at first this mornng , baked some rolls, put sunglasses on, opened oven door coffee in hand and blaassssssssst hot air to the face what a rush, big grin on me face, used the oven door as the breakfast table and fantastic the excess heat warmed the kitchen up nicely too. looking good here sun is out and warming up nicely, sorted !!! hope the weekend goes well pain free, its a national holiday here so can hear a pin drop x

Afternoon Rebecca, been a nice one here last week was the last the half day work half day therapy weeks, so from next week just 3 sessions a week and two of those in the gym, gonna start getting some quality leisure time, been a busy almost 2 years. No more major check ups until summer next year just the usual 12 week cardio, so all is good, outside got the sun but when the wind blows bwoooooooooh freezy dont want any of that, having an afternoon home on domestic duties plenty of paperwork to file away , yawnnnnnnnnnnnnnn coffee needed before continuing .... enjoy the rest of the weekend hopefully pain free x

ah didnt arrive taking out vase and food try again tomorrow .... !!! Regular imigraine mods, hope they are staying on the case . I am still on 10 tabs a day a long term is never good for the liver ! Hope those migraines lay off we gotta a busy time coming up pre xmas craziness appearing in all shops imminent !!
