Hi, Janet!  I hope you find your little birdies in the yard.  Yeah, like Alan would look for them.  ;) 
Bought some spray to put on my raised itchy spots.  Will spray after my bath soon.  Don looked up Zinc and can it give you a rash.  Yep, sure can.  When you take a multiple vitamin the strength is much lower, but with 50 mg., that might have caused it.  Anyway, just hoping it goes away.  :) 

Don went to the gym in the afternoon and I ran the sweeper just out here and up the hallway.  Didn't do the den and bedrooms.  Was getting warmer and itchier.  Of course, no my sciatica pain is back.  I was fine, Janet....then I sat down to do a little bit of the puzzle and now my back is  hurting.  No rest for the wicked they say.  :(
