The lighter mornings & the time change , remember in the wild it's a time for mammals to be up & about preparing for families etc ....
Domestic or not their time clocks are wild 😂
Poor you.
I was awake at 6 am ish (took a pill) .
Those extra couple of hours make a difference.
A few errands this morning then more time.e in the garden.  It feels chilly out now but it's supposed to be a nice day .
