i had a heart cath in March and i have blockage in several arteries and he's got me on a heart pill and baby aspirin daily.
after my death scare over Christmas, i have to watch my fluid intake! i had flushed all my sodium out of my body (drinking TOO MUCH water) and nearly died! all because i was trying to lose weight! 
i got to feeling funny yesterday morning after work, fearing i was experiencing it again! but it passed and i'm feeling much better today!
whew! the things we do when we get older!

when you speak to Ric again, please tell him hello for me! i was sitting here thinking about the time we all used to have!  and calling on the phone!  i miss those days!  i don't know why he unfriended me years ago but he did. every now and then i see him in the gardens and i'll sprinkle his but he never returns them.  that's ok, i just don't know what i did to deserve that. Lois, too! she was all upset as well. but oh well!
