Hi, Michele!  I made stew, also, yesterday!  You inspired me.  We'll have it again for dinner.  :)  I talked Don out of going to Death Valley or to the Strip today.  Long drives don't sound good right now.  Been having night leg cramps really bad.  Last night Theraworx and I were best friends.  Am going to make the appt. to get a Dexascan soon.  Have a good day.  Hope Layne gets better.  It's always a worry.  :(  xxx
