Morning Michelle x I went to slimming club this morning and I've lost 3.5lb this week x so that's a good start x apparently for every pound lost it takes 4lb pressure off your knees x but I know it's difficult to lose weight x we love food too much x
Another warm sunny day x it's a little cooler today and the kids are coming over for a bbq x
