Absolutely gorgeous day here, with more predicted for the week ahead. I'll be busy getting things ready for tonight, plus Amanda is calling around 1pm.
Menu: garlic burgers, majadara ( a Lebanese dish of rice, lentils and onions) and a Greek salad. Also the burgers are bunless and have a cucumber, yogurt sauce on top. Need to straighten the place up a bit.
Full moon today. I Will keep close watch on my tongue. After supper we can watch another Shameless episode or Law & Order. He's usually ready to leave at 9pm.  So happy that your pleased with getting your office in shape! Yay! Any idea what's the quest you're going to do next? Hello dear Susan, how are things with you? How did precious Sayde enjoy her birthday? I bet she had lots of treats & extra cuddles. I haven't been on much as I'm so tired when I get home from work, I don't seem to have much energy nowadays. All I want to do is sleep. I have B12 injections every 3 months & I had one on Monday so I know it's not that. Oh well, enough moaning. What have you been up to my dear friend? It is quite chilly here. Don't think we'll hit 60 today.
I hope you got a good night's rest after your busy day.  Don't fret about my talk with M. I actually feel more at peace than I have for months. Like I said, some important questions were answered. I have lots of chores here, slowly start to put porch things away and my dining room table is a disaster!  I need to bring in a big garbage bag and just sort through stuff and start throwing some things away and make a box for Kathy with books and gee-glass to take home with her.  She wrote yesterday that the soonest she can make it is the 1st weekend in November!  Left you a message....hope you're out having fun! How is Sis acting now? That is concerning. I hate that she was frightened and shaking. I know she has a birthday coming up....what day? I'm not good with dates like you are. Amanda had an appointment downstate yesterday with a nephrologist to discuss her daughter's kidney stone. Somehow James ended up driving them. Arrrgh!  She laid the foundation to get rid of him, but evidently is having difficulty on the follow through.
Yes, I'm looking forward to my "date".  Need to check out matinees on Sunday afternoon and decide if I want Mexican or Fish. Lol....I know which one you would choose! Please keep me posted on our girl. Ear scritches from me. Love, hugs and kisses for my Bestie ❤❤❤

Cool here too, but sunny. I think it's supposed to reach 65 by 4pm and that's when I'm going to try and go in for an end of season swim. I'll wear my bathing suit under my clothes. Still going shopping and I'll bring the ice chest along to store the meat and dairy in. Not too disappointed that Kathy's not coming. I had a feeling. She usually mentions being excited for her visit and she hadn't done that, so I wrote and asked her yesterday. The next weekend she doesn't have the kids,  is a family wedding,  so that wraps up,the month of October.  Oh well....
Hope you get those tumbleweeds gathered up! Lol.

Hello lovely lady, it went well, thank you for asking. Uncomfortable & as they discovered I had more active disease (inflammation as I have Crihns Disease) & some ulcers, it was quite painful, but the doctors & nursing staff were wonderful, they really looked after me. Just need to wait to see the consultant to discuss the results. I'm just relived it's all over to be honest. I also had an MRI the week before as I have gallstones & an inflamed gallbladdder, whcih has got to come out so I'm waiting to see the surgeon about that, but on the back of whatever they've found after doing the MRI my own doctor is sending me for a pelvis ultrasound,which I've got Oct 21st. I tell you Susan, I couldn't even donate my body to science as there's no good bits left haha! How are you my dear, and little sassy madame? I'm going ot go & catch up on a little reading.
