Wednesday Sprinkle for our Sweeties!  I'm glad you left a note on my wall, as you know I would have worried. Hope all goes well at Ed's appointment.  Anxious to hear if animal control pays a visit to your neighbor.. That is such a scary situation.  I agree with Kathy's decision....difficult. but quality of life and the risk factor of surgery plays a big part.
Not sure what switch was flipped, but things with Mike sure have ramped up. I was going to go to the laundromat in Cheboygan today to do a load of clothes and had a couple of blankets and 2 bathroom rugs. Mike insisted on taking them all with him last night.
I'm still going to Cheboygan now, but only to grocery shop. The road work on US23 to Mackinaw is only getting worse....Mike said that on his way here last night, they had one lane open and that was packed dirt! It's supposed to rain Thursday and Friday....so that will be a real mess. Best have it done by memorial day weekend,  there's 2 big campgrounds on that route, can you imagine people pulling trailers &.boats stuck.in that mess? Plus that's my route to the beach! Tuesday Sprinkle for our Sweeties
It's gotten quite windy and dark here, started the day at 68° and supposed to be 28° by nightfall.  Wow, that's quite a drop. Well,  maybe I need to stop my porch diner....something tore a board off of the bottom of the wood by the door.There had been a gap there that the critters had been using, but.now there's a huge gap where a 5' long board used to be! Arrrgh!
Mike's coming for supper tonight....burritos, beans & rice. Things have stepped up quite a bit in the last week, ever since his last therapy session, makes me wonder if she told him to forget adhering to some social construct he's been following.  Mooch continues to be in my prayers, the little darling. I sure hope your  neck and shoulder pain goes away, especially since it's bath night.
Hope your storms aren't too bad.
I heard about that terrible accident in Springfield on the news. Was that around the time you and Kathy were there?  What a tragedy!

Hello Susan. How is Molly doing? I hope she is feeling better. How was your lunch with your Sister?  I am an only child and always wished I had a sister to do things with. We had a nice day yesterday and today is starting the same. We went for our walk early because we have a storm coming this afternoon. High winds and possibly hail. The news has been hyping it up so it will probably pass over…that usually what happens whenever they predict bad weather. We haven’t put the roof on our gazebo yet so we don’t have to worry about the wind taking it. We have  the gazebo secured down but sometimes that doesn’t matter if the winds are strong. We’ve lost 2 so far. The first time there want much damage, we just had to straighten things up but the second time we had damage beyond repair so we bought a new one. This past fall was the first year we’ve left the gazebo up and just removed the tarp/roof. Hopefully we will be able to get it on without any problems. I hope you are enjoying your day. Good morning Susan. It was cold and rainy yesterday so Larry decided it wasn’t a good day to take Liam to camp. He picked him up and brought him to our house instead. We took him to brunch, took a ride to see the cherry blossoms and even tried to fly a kite. The wind was inconsistent so it didn’t go well. The afternoon was sunny and all the rain cleared out. It’s going to be warm and sunny for a few days. I hope you and Ed were able to get everything done that you needed to. Hugs to you and Sadye. Have a happy Monday 💜

Good morning Susan. I hope you are enjoying your weekend. We are having crappy weather. It’s cold and has been raining. No special plans for today. I think I will finish the book I’ve been reading and then start a new one. Hopefully the sun will come out later to brighten the day. This morning I had to wait to take Penny out. We had 2 Mallard ducks in our yard. They were in no hurry to leave either🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. Love and hugs to you and Sadye 💜

Good morning Susan. We had an absolutely beautiful day yesterday. It was sunny most of the day and got up to 79°. I must say, after such a long winter, it felt really good to have a nice day. It’s supposed to be warm again today but not as sunny and we have rain in the forecast for Saturday. I am going to take Penny for a walk this morning and hopefully we can get a chance to play ball outside again today. Penny says hello to Sadye 👋🏻🐾💜

Hello Susan. We’ve had an unusually wet and cold spring this year. The weather people said this morning thst there isn’t any more snow in the near future so I’m hopeful that we’ve come out the other side. Larry mowed yesterday and will probably need to Gdin soon because of all the rain we’ve been having. I always eat to much as well on holidays…I just can’t help myself. How is Dedra feeling? Penny send sweet dreams to Sadye and we hope Molly is doing well. 💜

Oh our sweet Sis! She is being stubborn about that food. I'm sure this is making you both miserable. That is some mighty expensive food! Maybe the vet has some suggestions to make it more palatable?  I know this has got to be so frustrating. Sounds like Dedra is making a remarkable recovery! Hope she can go back to work. It must be some great weather for you to be out planting already. We have another month up here and then there's so much to do at once, it can get overwhelming. Can't believe that we're coming up on the 2 year anniversary of Ziggy's passing. Still haven't found another pup...he's a hard act to follow. Not sure what's on the agenda this week, I need to go to the laundromat to wash some blankets and a couple of bathroom rugs, will probably go tomorrow or Wednesday. I'm getting very frustrated with this last Easter quest....only need 1 orange baby seahorse spotted in my garden to finish and I've got every other color but orange!  Grrrrrr!
