Dwelling about what has happened in the past is not good for you. You cannot change what has been. You can however influence what will be, by your thoughts and mindset. Remember compassion also includes yourself. Do not punish yourselves or others by what has happened. Allow peace in, and walk in Peace, Love and Compassion. xx
