Hi Linda, I believe you are trying to attract Watery Seadragons to plant Pondweed.  Unfortunately your Fairyland Agaric Mushroom will not be Ready For Harvest before your Underwater Toadstool is Ready For Harvest, even if you used fruiting dust on your Fairyland Agaric Mushroom now.

The Mushroom you use to get the Myths to plant pondweed always needs to be RFH when you go underwater.
