We have all been through times when we did not know if we were going to make it through. Seconds felt like minutes and minutes felt like hours. The weight of the situation felt enormous and we felt inadequate. But, we did make it through, we did cope or muddle through it. The weight lifted and the world started to turn again. Some say it is an inner strength, some say it is God/The Great Spirit, some just say their luck has turned. Whatever you call it, know that you are stronger than you think and never have more than you can cope with. So march foreword with Love in your heart and do not doubt yourself. xx

Feeding the physical body is important. But remember to feed the Soul also as nourishment for the Soul is of the utmost importance. xx

When you feel like you are weighed down with things, that life is heavy and everything is an effort and you do not know how you are going to cope. Then stop, take a breath, and shift your focus. Quite a lot of what you are feeling is a state of mind, so by shifting your focus you can alter your mind set, therefore what you felt before you are now looking at in a different light. Bring  in The Light and ask for guidance. xx

There are a lot of things in life we cannot control. However, we can control the way we react to things. You can react in the same old way and be a prisoner of the past, or you can react in a loving and positive way and take another step along the path of your Souls' Journey. xx

It is when we forgive that we are forgiven, and in giving to all people that we receive. xx
