Hi Judy, so glad the weather isnt too bad and the air quality is better than it was. Weather was dry today after rain yesterday evening. I have the pad and envelopes today to write to my surgeon but was told to wait until the end of the month as l might here by then as they are behind due to staff sickness. I am in no hurry atm l have been doing a lot of self help at home, so discomfort is minimal . Have a good rest of the day Hun xx hugs xx

Hi Judy, happy to hear it was ok for your visit to your friends place. The weather here was windy, warm and humid...  the pollen count was very high too. It was cloudy as well which may mean a storm tonight we shall see. I manage to get a few chores  (i hate doing) and a couple of laundry loads done. It dried lovely with the wind . We had highs of 24 C elsewhere had 28C so glad it wasnt here lol. . Spoke with my doctor re- my procedure. He has had a letter from my surgeon, its all in hand, but l need to write to the surgeon to request l have it at my local hospital if possible. Have a good evening Hun, Hugs xxx

Hi Judy, l am glad the air is a bit better today, but please be careful when going outside to visit your friend. My sis has had a few complaints with store deliveries, and from different stores too. While hubby can still remove the cover and push my scooter down the ramps for me l will continue to shop with him. He loads the bags on his scooter as his foot bed is bigger than mine. l can sort smaller loads though myself. Enjoy your afternoon Hun xxx

Hi Judy, sorry to hear the air quality is still poor. I hear it was done on purpose they should be dealt with severely putting lives of human and wildlife alike in danger. Our weather is meant to be better tomorrow too. Not warm but at least dry.  l have lots to keep me busy, both in the home and garden. With all the rain the weeds have flourished lol. . My closets are full to bursting with clothes that need to be bagged up and taken to the care homes or hospices if l can get someone to collect . My sis orders online too, she is housebound and her hubby now is very poorly too. l could never figure it out how to do it, aside from that l like to pick out my own goods and it gives me purpose to leave the house. l have in the past been tied to the house for years, the kids did my shopping for me. l could not moan they did there best. So as soon as l felt l was ready and able to venture out l did. It was soon evident that walking the distance to and around the shop was too much, hence l gave in and got a scooter. l go out shopping on dry days, and feel so much better for it , if a little too tired lol. . Old  age is a crock isnt it lol. Have a good rest of the day xxx

Hi Judy, so sorr to hear there are more forest fires there and the air quality is poor. Best thing is to stay indoors until things improve. It seems to be happening more frequently these days. I know its a bit late to say this atm but, when we have bad weather for whatever reason l stock up on the necessities like food and toiletries. That way we dont have to leave the house until either we are well or the weather has improved. Of course we get caught out sometimes by freak storms nowadays but l always have tinned food and toilet rolls in the cupboard lol. . Take care Hun,  the poor air can affect your breathing. Hugs xxx

Hi Judy, its becoming more and more common for freak weather here. Tomorrow is meant to be better but returning to rain on Thursday. I forgot about Pigeons we have a lot of those and a couple of doves visit sometimes. Have a good evening xxx

Hi Judy, such a change from yesterday, as promised torrential rain fell earlier and a bit of brightness now. Had two visits this morning from a couple of birds but no song to greet me. We dont have many colourful birds locally so in the main we have:- Magpies, Thrushes (very few), Blackbirds, Crows, Sparrows , Sea Gulls and in Winter Robins. Occasionally we have a Falcon and a Hawk that hunts in the garden a good few houses to the back of us. We live on a large rectangular block where all the back gardens adjoin. Its full of trees as this was once open green space. More houses have been built in the centre of it so wildlife rarely visits us anymore. Such a shame l miss Mrs Fox and her cubs coming to feed on the cat food, not a Hedgehog or Bat to be seen either. Have a good day Hun xx

Hi Judy, the weather here today looks promising its already bright and first load on the line. Looking forward to having a relax later in the garden under the brolly. L do this with my puzzle book and listen to the bird song. We have a brooding couple close by, though l think they now have chicks as its a different call. Last night l sat indoors no tv on and listening to the evensong was beautiful. I hope you have a better weather day today so you can get out and about. We are back to rain tomorrow for a few days. l dont mind it saves me struggling with the hose pipe lol. xx
