It's good to be sprinkling and chatting in the gardens again. I hope your weather has finally settled down. Hope you get a chance to play around in Las Vegas again soon. Puzzle update - I put it back in the box and stored it in my closet; I'll trot it out again when my family visits in July. I put the sections I had put together in baggies to keep them together. Maybe that will help us move forward and finish the monster.

Things have got so expensive and shoplifting is rife here so I'm never surprised at what they put electrical tags on or keep behind glass. I'd never have the nerve to steal anything but they reckon even 'middleclass' people with enough money do it. 

Aww thankyou, I've just read your last bit, that's so kind, I find weeding hard work, I'd love to have a gardener come and do the bank at the bottom of my garden as it's so difficult to stand on and weed, I think I may try and strim it if the weather stays nice.

I've just been watching one of my favourite films 'Where Eagles dare' with Clint Eastwood and Richard Burton, that man had the most amazing voice. I looked up when it was made, 1968, now that gives my age away it was a film my ex took me to when we were courting and the cinema had stereo sound so it was like the music and guns were behind you. lol Those were the days!!

Hi Janet, there were no new puzzles at the hall which is just as well I really don't need any more. I went out this morning at 9 and didn't get back until nearly 7. Firstly I went to the hall then on to Sheila's for lunch. Her granddaughter brought the great granddaughters round, they're 4 months old and so sweet. I couldn't take any pics as I was holding one of them. lol When I left there I had to go and see my cousin as it's his birthday tomorrow and I'd forgotten to post his card, they live about 15 miles away. When I got there his wife invited me in for a cuppa and then spent an hour or more showing me some pictures of her nephew's wedding. On my way home I diverted to a garden centre and bumped in to my sister in law. By the time we left the garden centre it was closing for the night and on my way home I stopped off at the supermarket to get some milk, then I went to the card shop as I needed a couple of birthday cards and then decided it was time to go home. LOLOL
