I too love Scottish folktales. I have read collections and several series that use them as the inspiration for their embellished sagas.
Glad you got a bit of sun. It does help lift my mood.
We have the wild and wooly festival on Saturday at the fairgrounds nearby. Lots of vendors come with all of their pretty yarns. Very dangerous to my pocketbook. Friday I will join a local knit group at a pub. I know a few of the members from other venues (quilting and theater).
