Hi Dee, how did you get on at Southmead today? I’ve been out for my usual Tuesday coffee morning with the girls, the only bit of sanity in the week, normal conversation rather than nothing but moaning about old age! John seems to spend most of the day asleep, then complains he can’t sleep at night. He has deteriorated a lot since he hit 90, only two years ago we were cruising, now he doesn’t want to go out much at all. I suppose home is a safe environment for him. We did manage to get to The Fox for lunch yesterday, so that made a change. The smoke alarms in our apartment have to be replaced this week as they apparently only last for ten years, they have been there for twelve. Getting my new glasses on Friday, but if Boots doesn’t look busy tomorrow, I might call in and see if they’ve got them xx
