Got home about an hour ago! Had to stay an extra night in Houston because our flight was cancelled and then had to dig out the car at the airport! So yes! I am home and VERY happy to be so!

They gave me a little ceramic heater to make up for the lack of it come of the rads. Working pretty good,I have a pile of blankets and a nice furry cat to keep me warm at night.

Heat and hydro are included . There is a minimal amount of heat coming off of the radiators . In these cold temps it is nothing .

I think when they did work on the systems back in the Fall they dislodged some crap and it is blocking some metering valves for the heating . Her baseboards are hot water .
As for the death I hope some action is taken for the dragging of feet to salt and clear the snow ramp .

I'll be better off eating the weeds, lolol! Water is the most expensive bill here in the desert, so the company gives an incentive for not having grass. It dies in winter anyway! I have a green house where my herbs are, but the last 2 storms messed it up pretty good. I hope they will come back for spring and hope I get the greenhouse fix for summer. That is the plan anyway!
