Sorry I'm MIA, September is a busy month for us! My hunband's birthday on the 5th both my boys on the 12th and 13th my sister on the 18th and mine being the 23rd. Not to mention what happened on the 10th and September 11th. And everything else playing out in the world we live in....... It's a crazy time! Hope you are well! :)

Hello Sandra not on much these days do returns once in awhile about it I am fine. Wil be going out to Victoria BC next Thursday to see my daughter for a week . . I fly over there a long drive I am getting long in the tooth as they say..lol. My Daughter Cheryl is coming with me  . Turning 80 in Early November . I have had canned venison a number years ago given to me . Mom grew up with my grandparents canning their venison because didn`t have a freezer and in Victoria it really doesn`t get really cold during the winter . Talking to her yesterday she said her Mom canned a lot of stuff and remembers it being on a wall of shelves outside her basement room . This is not a replacement of the freezer just a different way to prepare food . Once canned it is cooked so is a dump and heat . Makes for a quicker meal that isn`t processed food from the store .
