Sorry I've not visited Sandra, I was at the hospital yesterday, having ankle boots especially made. They'll look more like sneakers, but in the softest leather imaginable. I've chosen the colour, navy blue, with grey flowers. I have odd feet, and with my foot now so twisted, I'm struggling to walk. The right foot has a bone on the outside, which is nearly through the skin. It's a tad painful. I go for another fitting on the 16th December.. They won't be ready until next year, and if I'd have to pay for them they'd cost £700.00. If I can't see a surgeon soon, a caliper will be fitted to my right foot (on the sneaker). My laptop still isn't fixed, so I'm babying it along. My mobility scooter has been taken in today for a service. No idea how much it'll cost. I've been trying to save up to see my niece next year in Connecticut, but I can't see that happening now. It snowed yesterday quiet heavily, but they've cleared the roads, but the hills are covered, and it's SO cold.. I've even given up, and put my heating on.
