Went to physio yesterday, she said this will take time to come through. I have to cut my dog walks to 10 minutes, go swimming (eurgh) & very gentle exercises to build strength in my core.
How are you getting along with your physio? Xxx

Probably not, but I did have a nap on the sofa earlier in the evening before I went up to bed. I have physio this afternoon - was bad yesterday, it seems never-ending!

Having a dull moment right now and I would like to step out of my skin for a while do I can escape the itches from the eczema and shingles… It will pass but I have moments when I get a bit down. Xx

Yes the book was very hard to put down, so yes, I read till very late. It happens more often than not with a good book. I do have good intentions but the world is made up of good intentions. 😉🤣 Except lately. 😥

Hiya, yes, they did do it and they found a few things but nothing major to be worried about.
Real life does take up a lot of time in between gardening in Fairyland I must admit.
I have dizzy spells all the time and when it gets bad I always try this:
Pulling the earlobe outward (the "earlobe traction" technique) is used to relieve vertigo by reducing tension in the skull's nerves and potentially opening the Eustachian tube, aiding in sinus drainage.
It doesn't always work but sometimes I'm lucky :-) xx
