Hi Piper, dismantled the bed, replaced with new bed, and it only just fitted in, couldn't add the headboard so more thinking to do. Been a long day, the old bed now in the living room until I can get rid of it. Can't put it outside because of the rain, rain, rain. lol  Tomorrow I will need to vac the whole house, so many bits all over the place. I got my grandson Roman to help me take the dismantled bed downstairs, after three trips he said I am going to rest now and will help later, I replied you don't stop when you are working, you carry on when you go out to do actual work. Regards the greenhouse all that work for not many places in it. Noticed a few asking for a couple more even if it's a task to get them.
I always look at the 'sale' prices on the internet. Not sure if they post abroad and it may cost more to post than the cost of the wool. One I do if I spend a certain amount I get free postage. lol I bought some eyelash wool, think it was under a £1 you don't get much but it's more for trimmings on the dolls, other stores it was around £3  I have bought vintage cotton on ebay, it was really cheap, then the price went up and not so much of it in stock anymore. The brand is called vintage. I also bought a pack of different colours from Temo 20 different colours of tiny balls enough to do the knitted dolls this was less than £5

There have been times when I haven't been able to get into fairyland via facebook and used a fairyland address I found on the net to get into fairyland, and did think it would be better like that.

100g ball holds approximately 222 metres and I pay app £1 to £1.50 it's usually acrylic or sometimes cotton mix Piper. You must be fast at crochet Piper, don't think I would use even one ball a day maybe a third if I am lucky.
The charity get discounted rent on the shops they have over here, Was around 80% discount. and folk usually work there for free, except for the manager, may even get relief on the vans they have. And make money from the sales. I would pay though to the charity to take mine away. lol xxx
Imagine a treadmill, the weight of it. And old furniture is usually heavy isn't it.

Yes I did think about getting onto a charity. I usually use Sue Ryder. Last time I used another one, but the guy wouldn't take the big rugs I had, so also have three rugs to go too. At the time Sue Ryder was closed because someone had set fire to some furniture that was outside the shop. ugh. Idiots.
I don't buy wool in skeins, something that seemed to disappear, but now I do see them, they are five times as much as buying a 100g of yarn, because the skeins are from farms so is probably lambswool or some such, lambswool makes me itch, used to have a knitting machine and make around five or six jumpers a week in lambswool, which was bought on cones.

Re; charity shops. Perhaps you had to pay because you live so far out. Never had to pay, there are so many charity shops in Brum. lol
