Hope it’s been a better week for you. I’ve been pretty tired this week so trying to get to bed earlier and staying off my phone a bit. I’m torn between moving and not moving. Would probably be cheaper but here everything is close, shopping, doctors, etc … Depends on the neighbors. I regret not having a retirement account. Anything I made went to pay for everything for our kid etc… I did get money when I left my company to go freelance but it wasn’t much. Then when my sister let our parents house go I got some money from that. Had she gone the right thing and worked with me to sell it, could have a nice nest egg. But no she was spiteful and made sure she screwed me and our brother. I had contacted her when a lawyer contacted me about the foreclosure. Had the hone shut off and when I went to the house refused to answer. Left all the paperwork but refused to contact the lawyer. Just turned into such a bitter piece of work. My family can’t wonder why I got married moved out and never looked back, they were just a miserable lot. Money issues are always a flashpoint no matter what the relationship. I’ve had my share as well. Between me and my other half money isn’t an issue it’s personal space or the fact I have none. I got very spoiled working from home had the house to myself. Boy do I miss those days 😉

A class that I normally attend was cancelled today.

We didn't get tp go on our vacation. We both got Covid. So it will have to wait for another time. Is boathouse row the part of the river that has all the lights on the homes? I loved going past that on our bus trips to Atlantic City.

No I’m in the Southern part of NY, NYC. We keep talking of moving up north or to PA. Since our nasty neighbor moved we are thinking of staying put because we know how things are here. New neighbors seem really nice so far. The first day they came to look at their new home they rang our bell and gave us a bottle of wine. They seem really nice but we shall see. If they work out we will most likely stay. So the book place is in NJ a good drive from me but less than an hour. Hope you’re continuing to heal and feel better. Sounds like your job is tough. Hard to work that many hours especially if you’re doing physical stuff. My husband’s job was tough. People complain about how much they get and pensions etc… but none of them would’ve lasted a week or day doing some of the stuff he had to do. Just take care of yourself x
