I can go out as much as I can manage. I did some gardening when it was warmer but for the left parts my garden helper comes end of March and than he comes regulary once a month to do the heavy work.
I do all my things as before. Playing bridge tournaments or twice a week, visiting my bridge class and having lunches and dinners in restaurants and my day with Anton and his grandparents here in Krefeld. I don’t do any shopping tours through a crowded city and had to stop my intense walking mostly each day for about 11/2 hours. No more resources for that. I manage short walks about 45 minutes. I can’t do many different things in one day, just one or two not more. Before I was busy all day and had a lot to do. This has ended. My resources became less and I must save them during the day.

Hi, Fern! I have tinkered with Linux in the past but haven't dived into it completely yet. I'm making sure that I can make all my peripherals work in Linux. So far, all is good. I just need to test my video capture device. The difference in drive names is mainly in the labeling. What you tend to think of as drives C: and D: are likely to be /dev/sda and /dev/sdb. Partitions would show up as /dev/sda1, /dev/sda2, etc. For the most part it's not a big deal, but I like to know exactly where my files and programs are stored. .😀  There are a lot of Linux videos on YouTube. 😀

Hi, Fern! There are dozens (perhaps hundreds) of different versions of Linux from Puppy Linux (which is a small and somewhat limited version) up to ones like Arch linux which is more technical to work with. The two I see recommended for Windows users are'Zorin OS and Linux Mint. However, Zorin is not free. Mint can be obtained with three different desktop types. I tend to prefer the Cinnamon desktop.  Directory structure in Linux are completely different than in Windows. There are no drive letters, but device numbers instead. It will take me time to get used to the differences, but Microsoft is driving me away from Windows. Have a great weekend! 💖😘💖😘💖

Hi Dear, outdoor season ended this weekend and cold came back. I had a peogression on my fourth vertrebrae spine and they changed treatment with new side effects and suffering. Radiation is planed soon. I have pain but not heavy so the radiation was put to the Future untill becomes more heavy. With bone Mets one can live long butit is not always a pleasure.
I habe Apple and don’t use Microsoft. As I don’t need a Textprogramm anymore it’s easy. I am on my iPad and manage all I need. But I imagine you need Microsoft for work. While I was working I had Microsoft on my Office computers. If I need a word ducument I have to use my brothers pc as he has word on his Apple computer.
Never heard about Linus system. Jerry seems an expert.
