I,m doing ok . I walked round to see Liz today . Just have to take it slowly. Seeing another friend tomorrow and hope we can get out for lunch . X

Good morning  Sandra.....Have a nice time with your grandchildren Sadly I don't have any. I would have loved 2  at least but it didn't happen....I've looked after other people's  children from being about 10 or 11,mainly babies with adult supervision....I used to knock on doors and ask if I could take Martin  for a walk or could I take Annette  out for a walk round the village ....Everyone knew  I loved babies and young children ....I think everyone was watching me if I walked past their  house

I spent  some time with the invalid yesterday afternoon....Molly is a bit upset and staying close to Margaret,it's  so sad to see....She's  all over me has well.....I will pop round this afternoon if  she has a slot for me 🤗 🤣 xx

She's  OK Sandra,I rang her at teatime, I'm  going to call tomorrow and see if I can help her....Molly is back home has well.....I can't  take her for a walk has she is too strong for me now.....I can help Margaret though if she wants me to or just make a drink  and have a good natter,I've missed her x

Don't  worry about Margaret with Molly .there are a group of them that meet up in the feild opposite our house and all the dogs have a good run....The lady that looked after her had her last night  has well.....She has another friend who will take for a walk this morning along with her dog

Rang Margaret up when we got back from our doggy walk.....Louise our daughter came this morning on the bus for a few hours,scomes over for a couple of hours and has her lunch with us,we then take her back to Skipton where she lives....She meets up with her friends at the local pub then they take turns  to do tea .....Off to bed soon,watching  Call the Midwives,it's nearly finished.....Goodnight  Sandra x

Yes know I must be non weight bearing really hard to do so gave to consciously think about it . Very sore but manageable. Going home this afternoon x

Surgery finally done Didn’t go to theatre til 4 pm having starved from 5 30 pm night before ! In pain but it is manageable Got a zimmer frame as was considered unsafe with crutches ! Have to be non weight bearing which is much harder than I expected . Relieved it’s all over x
