Hope i find you getting better,
araid i not doing soo well myself as i am having a hard job going to sleep at the momentmy PTSD has rturned where i keep going into bad dreams again even after waking and go back into it when i go back to sleep.i find listning to clsical music helps if i leave it on when i do go to sleep. anyway i got through it in the past. love and HUGS to you and the family JOHN XXX 💖🌹
