Like a lot of things these days. You either need to replace things when they breakdown because no one services them or it's cheaper to just buy a replacement.

yes 2 more runs, neither course as fast as those 2. Went for a 6 mile jog at much slower pace today and fed the cats. Now watching WWE until time to leave for Pats.

that menu is right down my street! Wow - wish I lived closer. Yesterday I ran a year best 20.22 for 5k!!! Crazy time. Off to Battersea Park v soon, another quick park and sub 21 on the cards .....

Well I am off to East London for a 5k shortly. Its a late start, 11.15, so not home till after 1pm, but hey. The course should be a lot clearer by the time we start as the 10k starts at 10am and the half marathon at 9.30am

Thanks for you msg of concern re: my son's accident. All is well now. It took just over $900 to take and repair. We didn't bother with insurance in the end.

Yes I hiked across the seven sisters from Eastbourne to Seaford. Forgot how steep some of the trek was! My goodness! Glutes are raging today. A light jog tomorrow before meeting a friend for lunch, then 2 x 5k on friday and saturday witth the hammer down! At least one should be sub 21 ..... keep you posted x
