no it was a more intimate test shall we say (I opted to go for coffee) but they checked her bladder and discovered it.

A cold Regents Park today in 21.03 so I'm banging out the times. Spag Bol sauce on a slow blip and the Grand National about to start :-)

took myself for a near 8 mile hike around Richmond Park today in glorious sunshine, then home to rest and dose, as there is good TV tonight.

Tomorrow - taking wife to hospital and visiting my doc in the afternoon about my shoulder, then a big shop for the weekend :-)

well I went for a swim yesterday and pushed out 40 lengths (1km) and a 6.56 mile jog this morning. Its is warm and sunny out and I'm wearing a new shirt. Reasons to be happy :-)

yes 2 more runs, neither course as fast as those 2. Went for a 6 mile jog at much slower pace today and fed the cats. Now watching WWE until time to leave for Pats.
