Hiya. Thanks. Its so tiring. My journey home last night was just over 2 hours. 2 tubes, a train and a bus. crazy.
managed a 25 min jog 1/2 hr after getting up this morning, so pre coffee and warm up. Then i stood and sweated in the shower for an age. Its 36C today and rising. Unbearable, and i have potentially 3 lessons to teach. Lets pray the air con is working

going through a colitis flare atm, work was tough yesterday, and woken at 4am with a proper thunder and lightening show with torrential rain. Mother nature gave us all a watering! Battling in today but feel very weak and the travelling is ridiculous. im so tired. will get through it...

Thank you, I'm sure it will be fine. My best friend, Kim, is coming with me for support and to ensure they don't bully me into accepting treatment I don't want. As you probably know, some of the RA treatments can be pretty brutal! I'm helping Marie with Topiary Zebras this afternoon as there have been no gardens hosting them for two days! She needs four so (fingers crossed) she should be sorted by the time I sign off tonight. Our Fairytale Toadstools are safe 😉

Hey sweetheart, don't work too hard! So my garden will be frozen for a good few hours tomorrow - I have a Rheumatology appointment at 11.15am which means leaving by 10am-ish but then have to wait around to have  a DEXA Scan (measures bone density) which isn't until 2pm 🫤 I'm anxious enough having to leave the house as it is, having to leave the house for the hospital for the better part of my day makes me anxious and grouchy 🙄 So the Toadstools are ready to go but I'm not going to do them until later Monday, possibly Tuesday as you're working today and I've just explained about tomorrow. We will do this!! 🤣🤣

sweltering here in UK now Maria. Temperatures of 30C and upwards today and until thursday or friday. It will make the journey to work uncomfortable.

They bought the run timings forward by half an hour (most got the message apart from one poor sould wandering around wondering where several hundred half marathon runners had gone. So it was Finsbury (with that hill!) and 21.14, after yesterdays equally hot parkrun in 20.53. All sub 7 min/mile pace in heat.
Spoken to my Dad and son today as its Fathers day, and now watching the tennis final.
may yet have a 3rd shower just before bed on top of clean sheets later.

You're very welcome and yes, I seem to have a silent sprinkler as well as my mum who's after the Fairytales, I find that very frustrating! Don't worry if you're not around over the weekend, as I said, mum's after seeds too and there are always friends and regulars who will quite happily spot anything 😂 I'm happy to do a few more rounds I just have to make sure I can fit a Topiary in the garden when needed. Off upstairs now as, once again it's stupid o'clock. I'll be freezing shortly. Sweet dreams when you go lovelie xx

Urgh! Tell me about it! Getting old is an absolute pain in butt!! You would think the dentist would be able to tell you, or at least give you a list of possibilities for you to rule out as to what's causing the staining on your teeth. But pleased that everything went well with your check up and clean though xx

Hi Maria! So it's Baby Bear next and the once he's done, there's another round for Mama and Papa Bear ready to go. I've had a quick look at your figures and I think we'll go for The Three Little Pigs after that.
