Thank you sweetheart, like your friend, I was diagnosed at 30 so have lived with it for over 25 years. I have bad days and worse days and so do the best I can when I can. I'm so sorry that your friend has been diagnosed with this horrible disease but, I promise, she will find ways to adapt and learn coping mechanisms. The right medications will bring her some relief too. The most important thing is to listen to her own body. Forget what everyone tells her, she knows her body, listen to it. On shitty days, do enough to keep from getting stiff and no more. Wait for the better days to push it. And, if she has you as a friend, she'll always have light 🥰

Hi Maria. A quick trip to the Olympic Park for a 5k in 20.28, saw some friends including Malcolms beautiful poodles, and am now watching the FA Cup Final on TV having blitzed a mountain of ironing.  Tomorrow - easy run to feed the cats i think. 5 or 6 miles. Had a bit of a bad tummy today, it may have been the mushy peas last night.
The match is boring so i may start polishing my shoes in the second half :-)

Hi Maria! Unfortunately, all that can be done for me is being done. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and, as a progressive disease, it will only get worse so it's a case of trying to maintain things as well as they can for as long as they can. I've had it over 25 years so I'm used to it. The heart thing is something new and, again, they're monitoring the situation which is why I'm having this delightful procedure next week! Thank you, that's really kind and I appreciate you 🫶 Don't work too hard, although I know you like to be kept busy and I hope everything goes well on Sunday. Never worry about sprinkling or returning sprinkles, I'll still be here when you have a bit if time to relax and play 😉 It's so cold here again that the heating is back on so enjoy your mini heatwave if it arrives. Hey honeybun, I needed to freeze early last night as I had to be at the hospital early this morning for a pre-op assessment. It all went well and as long as things stay that way, I go in next Friday for an internal heart monitor to be fitted! I'm absolutely shattered and my joints are feeling it but I'll survive 😉 Hope you had a good day 🥰

Aww thank you so much! I only have 4 more days and then the dino critter changes again. I have a very quiet garden and a lot gets missed or I spot my own. I thought a lot would do dinos for the free super food but I guess not. Thanks again that is so kind of you🩵
