I recently stopped being able to and my physio had to teach me.
He says we absolutely MUST practise once a day.
Suggestion, sit on bed, let yourself down slowly and if necessary, pull y'self up using the bed.
If we dont do that for 3 months we can stop being able to

hi kerry thats brilliant wel done, and yeah not worth feeling ill, did my 2nd jab this morning and eaten bolied eggs and toast brunch and i only had a steak bae for tea as didnt feel like cooking and chris had a pizza, could tell the injection was wearing off yesterday as i could eat a bit more, i  ate well but had 3 meals, porridge for breakfast at work, meal deal sandwich skips and ribena at lunch and a pasta packet mix for tea as i was working til 8 last night, off til thurs now going getting hair done tommorrow at daugters then shopping, xx
