Hi Tricia, its due again to rain on Wednesday, but its a short walk to the first stop and the second bus is on the stop we get off at, there is a bus shelter on each journey. So its not too bad. When we get there there is an electric form of transport to take us to the department in another building. Just heard about the scooter , they are taking away the damaged one and replacing the scooter. They will do all the packing and unpacking. They will assemble and check it works as should. They usually charge for this service but not charging me. They will ring to arrange a time for delivery etc. . The taking away and delivery may not be on the same day, so l will make sure l have a receipt for the damaged one. Good idea with those temps to stay indoors and watch the Olympics.
