Aw Hun, you are really suffering with it aren't you. Sounds like Gastric Flu to me. Usually lasts a few days. Meanwhile drink lots of fluid , as you will be losing a lot and will dehydrate if you dont drink enough. Please rest up too best thing for you Hun xx

Good morning Tricia Have a lovely day 💗
Got a call today from the practise nurse. Was expecting a GP but they seem to be extinct since covid!!! Anyway she is sorting new pain meds and I see her Thursday morning to discuss finding out the cause of my sudden back pain seems to definitely be from my hip so shes mentioned physio like that will help hahaha anyway at least something is getting done
