Physio went much better today and I had no painful happenings afterwards.
Little Kaitlyn had her contest today and got 5 medals and a champion jacket for gymnastics. She is only 8 so we are all very proud of her.
When I got home from physio my girlfriend went to school with phoned as she Chad got the picture of Kaitlyn that I sent her and we talked for an hour and a half so that was  the end of my afternoon. Tomorrow is the opening of the paralymics so that will be my afternoon gone, the place will be a tip.
It is raining but has not turned to I've yet.
That's good you got a top to use for the scooter.
