Hi Angela
We've had rain on and off all day and have a frost warning for tonight. Physio went ok and I managed to get a lot done. Sunday is mother's day for us so Anne has instructed me that it is a day of rest and Ross has invited me for mother's Day dinner after watching the kiddies on Wednesday do I get 2 mother's day this year!.
Think the car looks as good as it will ever be s o only wish Ross wasn't going a way for the weekend and could put it up for sale.

hi angela wow thats great 3 pounds juat on your own, i dont eat fatty foods now, although today must admit clients had chippy lunch so me and colleague bought a sausage each and had a few of their chips, but its rare occasion xx
