Hello Lorraine glad to hear John was okay for the week but a shame you couldnt get an accessible room. Little things that are a struggle at home are a massive trauma in strange surroundings. Had the knee injection this morning and hurt as it went in but over so quick, he did a great job and im booked to have the other done in a fortnight. He said will take a few days to take effect. Keeping everything crossed it works ! Picking mum up tomorrow she staying here till Monday xx

Friday evening sprinkles after a much cooler day around Nessie's Loch...
We managed 17oC but the wind made it feel quite a bit cooler...
An easy cooking and cleaning day with little else to do...
Murdo is still in Prone position on top of the Range and I'm watching a re-run of New Tricks on the iPlayer whilst sipping a cappuccino...
