Sorry to hear bout your eyes Lorraine n hope you feel better soon.  Got dentist on Wed morning n hope to get new teeth then.  Should be fun.  Ha Ha!  Got ENT consultant at hospital at 4.45.  What a stupid time.  Thinking of leaving my car at David Lloyds  n taking the fast track bus outside.  Be much quicker as takes preference at traffic lights, so be home a lot quicker.  xx

forgot to tell you when I was shopping in Debenhams Thursday I was trying on blouses. one was okay but nothing special then tried on the next one the same size and similar style but different colour  well It was kind of stuck to my arms my bingo wings it was so tight  and I couldn't get the blouse of I was getting into a sweat  trying this way and that trying to take the blouse off , I thought I had to get the assistant to help me as didn't want to rip the blouse either that I would have had to go to the till and pay for it and say I'm wearing it out..haha  I did get it off after a while  ...had to edge it bit by bit over my head with my head upside down lol.  what a predicament. xxx

I know I was saying that to Malcolm , I bet he has loads of earwigs with all that Dahlias lol.. they are beautiful though.  We were having a laugh at Monty's dog just about lays down anywhere it can , he's a lovely dog.   were are exactly the same Lorraine just have a 4.5 tog on our bed all year round apart from summer then its just a sheet and maybe throw the cellular blanket over if its a bit cooler its a shame about your feather duvet as they are so expensive do you have instant neighbour or Salvation Army   near you  would pick it up in their van as they need stuff for low income families setting up home least it would go to good use. as long it has the fire label for fire retardant as they won't take stuff unless it has that , I had a  3 piece leather suite to donate but they didn't want it as didn't have the label so ended up selling it  thought it would help out someone.  laughed at you saying John would go about in rags if you didn't shop for him. Malcolm use to be like that I would be going into Marks for him to get clothes  until he caught on to that internet shopping now I cannot get him to stop buying stuff , drives me crazy with his parcels if thats not bad enough its the packaging to deal with so wasteful.  usually there is hardly anything in the box and all this packaging and sometimes the stuff doesn't need it as its clothes.  night night xxx

Evening Lorraine thanks for the lion. Glad  that your lemon drizzle cake came out well thats a lovely cake to make it will go down well.  great you have lunch out tomorrow something to look forward to nice change not to be cooking or doing dishes. I got on well thanks at dentist he was very good its my first time with him having proper treatment so was a bit apprehensive but it was great the injection was painless hardly felt anything and he was done in 30 mins it was a big filling all I can say felt a lot of pressure and had the jet water running down my face and neck a couple of times a minor annoyance but nothing really I was pleased they only charged me £20.

I went into town had a good hike around the shops, John Lewis I bought.a tablecloth and duvet with my gift vouchers from my work but still have £40 on the card left.  Bought a top and undies at Debenhams on another gift card from my old work collegue for my birthday which was back in April thought I better start using them up or I might loose the money on them.  shops were absolutely dead so quiet all around the town its so sad to see.  Malcolm started making his own tea by the time I got on the bus and he was away to have it by the time I got in , I text  him beforehand that I wouldn't be having supper as dentist advised not too have solids for 24hrs if anything ..  it must be very soft , so had porridge which was filling will get a cup of tea next . gasping for one.   have a lovely evening xxx

Good that he is not suffering although very tender. Yes the cous cous can be bought in satchet one does two people and we bought it in lemon and coriander but admittedly added more dried coriander myself , real easy to make up just need a little water instructions on packet best to stick to it as it will come out a soggy mess if you add too much. I put the water in a Pyrex jug add the stuff mix it well with a fork, cover it with a side plate and it swells up itself like magic then give it a final fluff up and it’s ready ,. If it gets cold can give it a min in the microwave oven to reheat. Makes a nice change to rice or potatoes.  You can buy it without flavours like a rice packet if you prefer then add salt and pepper or any herbs you want xx

Hi Lorraine had a look at the website for the chocolate village its beautiful wow its fantastic ...real nice quality of life there.  I like the walk in showers glad they had in mind for people that have a wheelchair so they can get into easy and if you feel sociable it has community areas a bar thats a real nice touch.  And theres always some hobbies organised too that so lovely and the swimming pool is fantastic .  but with everything it comes at a cost. what age do they accept people there so I can move in haha.. in my dreams. xxx
