Good morning dearest Ju. I'm not surprised your knee is sore today, sounds as though it was more than just a little prick! 😉 You must rest your leg, and your self too. I hope there's some mindless crap on TV that you can watch. Drink plenty of tea and eat goodies. It's a mild but dreary start here, my get up and go has buggered off completely.
