Hello Sweet, l agree the designers should test out finished products before marketing. l am quite annoyed with breakdowns on this machine and having to pay to get it fixed. I have insurance but K lost the letter for the new company that took over from who l was insured with. Like you say expensive. I would like a new one , but not this side of Christmas. K has taken the whole of the seat and back rest off trying to dry it outside as its dry and bright. The foam inserts are falling apart and soaking wet. l pressed them between towels to assist drying indoors...the towels of which l am laundering today anyway. We need a little shopping but l have to stay home. Have a good day sweet and enjoy the soup. Corned Beef hash l think for tonight, fed up not having "sturdy" food lol. . Yes this has been going on for a few weeks and still not settled , trying on Monday to get an appointment. l cant fix it by drinking more fluids and only soft foods.
