Thank you Carmen, I had a small bowl of Bran Flakes this morning before my appointment but haven't had anything since! I find it really hard to eat in the morning, no idea why! My gums are a bit sore so I'm either having soup or Ravioli for dinner! Oh dear, jobs like that make your motivation want to turn tail and run. I think the bathroom is one of my least favourite jobs and I hate all housework 🤣🤣 Have a wonderful day Carmen and there's always tomorrow... xx

Waiting times for doctor's visits seem to get longer and longer. I hope you here from yours soon. Mark is on a waiting list. It's pot luck when they can fit him in. It's very stormy here at the moment, with some drizzle and lots of clouds.
