Good afternoon Carmen, it's a scorcher here today and it looks like I may have to go back and spend the day in my room - even though I've taken my water tablets, my feet and ankles are swollen already and I'll need to raise them to have any hope of relief. I cannot bear socks in bed, even if I go to bed wearing them by morning they're on the floor and whilst I'm a blanket cocoon by feet are poking out the bottom 🤣 A gold star in Johnathon's win column for collecting and putting away the groceries - I didn't even hear our delivery this morning!!
