Hi Keith-  are you feeling better? Sinus infections are awful.  I hope your dr's get it figured out.
It is super cold here, around 0 right now and windchills in the minus 20's.  It's supposed to stay very cold until end of Jan at least.  Hope you are sleeping well tonight and feel better soon.
