Doug and I are ok.  I forget if I told you the kidney x-ray showed it was healed.  He’ll see the doc to remove the stint on the 20th.  He has good and bad days with all his past trauma but he is improving a little each day.
He was in a MC club as a younger man and got into all kinds of trouble.  He’s been shot 8 times, stabbed with an ice pick (in the kidney) was a brawler and fell off a roof! He was a moonshine runner which led to racing cars at Asheville racetrack (gone now) with the original greats before nascar formed.
Is why I married my now mellow version.  Showed me all his old stomping grounds and the stories he tells❣️ 14 very happy years and counting.

Thanks for those wishes my friend. Fibromyalgia unfortunately tips you when it feels like it.  I used to bounce better when I was younger, The embarrassing part is I can't get back up on my own anymore like I used too. It leads to some comical get ups though. John has to get a plank under me and jack me up to sitting position near a chair and then I can slide over and stand up. :-)
I sure hope 2026 is better for you and yours as well. Big Hug.

All she did Keith was give my water pills to try and get the swelling down. It has gone down by half of what it was but the hole just isn't healing.

Long day so far.  Doug had X-ray with dye and they said good news is all healed😊
Then we recycled🙄and I got some groceries.
Pizza in oven cos I am not cooking 😮‍💨
