I hope both of you get the help your looking for. There always seems to be something doesn't there. John had his heart stress test checkup yesterday and they said things looked good. I go in May for my yearly stress test. I can't .I can't do the exercise machine because of my back and COPD so they give me a needle. It give me a wicked headache. Take care the both of you. Hugs.

John is better thanks. I feel a lot better too. I know about the back. I have 3 discs that are powder and every so often a calcium will stick into a nerve. I have lost 5 inches in height over the years. Sorry Chandra has to go through that. I hope the new Dr. can help. I tried the shots but that didn't work for me.   Busy Month here for me; I'll go Monday for follow-up for this sinus infection I've Battled for months,  Wife has an appointment Tues. my ENT wants to do a Sinu-Plasti on me scheduled for the 19th, a daughters B-Day the 21st, the 24th I go for measurements and simulation for Radiation (prostate cancer)& Hopefully by the 28th Mom & Dads church will be done & be able to  do Moms Celebration of Life !! Thank you Keith for the info.  We do every year Medicare wellness and the nurse put labs for the A1C to be checked for me and my husband.  He's ok...his red blood count is low but he's in blood thnner for the clot in his leg.  I am getting a jump start ahead with the sugar free and low sugar.  Hope all is going well for you and your dad....stay well, my friend.   Hug Xx

Hi Keith, had lab work done and my A1C is 6.3.  Nurse called me and told me that I'm a little diabetic not serious and can wait until the 18th when I see my primary doctor.  I already put myself on a no sugar diet and will shop for  sugar free jam and low in sugar foods.  My pasta has only 1g of sugar and my bread has 2g so I'm hoping to get back to the normal range below 6.  Hope you are doing well and your dad too.  Hugs Xx
