Long day so far.  Doug had X-ray with dye and they said good news is all healed😊
Then we recycled🙄and I got some groceries.
Pizza in oven cos I am not cooking 😮‍💨

Doug’s hanging in there, test Mon to check if kidney healed.  If yes they will remove the stint, it bothered him.  So much past trauma is hard to know what is causing pain sometimes.

When you celebrate Christmas with your Dad you will be establishing new traditions. My suggestion would be to think about how you would like to help your Dad, you and your family through this 1st Christmas without your Mom. You might choose to go to a nice Chinese Restaurant for your meal; add a new dish to your home menu; Pull out photo albums and home movies; all kinds of things to consider. You might also ask your wife and kids to think of things.  My thoughts are with you all.
