  Busy Month here for me; I'll go Monday for follow-up for this sinus infection I've Battled for months,  Wife has an appointment Tues. my ENT wants to do a Sinu-Plasti on me scheduled for the 19th, a daughters B-Day the 21st, the 24th I go for measurements and simulation for Radiation (prostate cancer)& Hopefully by the 28th Mom & Dads church will be done & be able to  do Moms Celebration of Life !! Thank you Keith for the info.  We do every year Medicare wellness and the nurse put labs for the A1C to be checked for me and my husband.  He's ok...his red blood count is low but he's in blood thnner for the clot in his leg.  I am getting a jump start ahead with the sugar free and low sugar.  Hope all is going well for you and your dad....stay well, my friend.   Hug Xx

Hi Keith, had lab work done and my A1C is 6.3.  Nurse called me and told me that I'm a little diabetic not serious and can wait until the 18th when I see my primary doctor.  I already put myself on a no sugar diet and will shop for  sugar free jam and low in sugar foods.  My pasta has only 1g of sugar and my bread has 2g so I'm hoping to get back to the normal range below 6.  Hope you are doing well and your dad too.  Hugs Xx

Good morning Keith. Not sure where you are in the world my lovely, but I too suffer insomnia and it is no joke!
I am in the UK so it's 5.17am and I went to finally sleep at 2am, I average 3 to 4 hours due to a very overactive brain.
If you're still blanketed in snow send some this way, pretty please! :D xxx

It is 5F here windchill 0F We have about 6 inches on the ground more coming tomorrow. The lakes are frozen over now so we don't get as many lake effects. I spend my time diamond painting occasional cars and birthday cards. It passes time and is fun to do. Can't wait for the gardening to begin again. Have an easy day. Hug.
