Thanks for those wishes my friend. Fibromyalgia unfortunately tips you when it feels like it.  I used to bounce better when I was younger, The embarrassing part is I can't get back up on my own anymore like I used too. It leads to some comical get ups though. John has to get a plank under me and jack me up to sitting position near a chair and then I can slide over and stand up. :-)
I sure hope 2026 is better for you and yours as well. Big Hug.

All she did Keith was give my water pills to try and get the swelling down. It has gone down by half of what it was but the hole just isn't healing.

Long day so far.  Doug had X-ray with dye and they said good news is all healed😊
Then we recycled🙄and I got some groceries.
