I think the reason you use bananas with just a few brown dots is so there’s very little banana flavour and it works best when using that as a plain base for other flavours. No, don’t put the peanut butter through the machine, stir it in afterwards and if the mixture gets too thin and runny, pop it into the freezer for a bit. My favourite is just putting frozen fruit through, berries, peaches etc and then the banana. I’ve topped it with a few things like strawberry and/or chocolate sauce. Play around with it and you’ll find things that work and things you really like.
