Thank you for the Festive Field Mouse and Pink Diamond Kim ❤️🩷 It's so different now, even from when I was working in my 30s, you left a job you didn't like on Friday and could be in a new one on the Monday! And so many jobs have been lost through automation and moving out of the UK. I worked for The Woolwich and our Head Office was in Woolwich. They decided, initially it would be cheaper to run the business from Essex, so I had to train the people in Clacton to take my job and then it was made Call Centre based and transferred to the Isle of Bute in Scotland. I spent two weeks training more people to take my job! It's even harder now. Fingers crossed for your son xx
